The Island Home is a charming Victorian farmhouse, set on a hill between the village of Old Harbor, and Block Island's Great Salt Pond. The inn offers spectacular views of the harbor and ocean, and surrounding landscape of rolling hills and ponds, in a comfortable, home-like setting. The Island Home's sprawling lawns and open layout make the inn ideal for families looking for a quiet retreat. Roses cascade over stone walls, and perennial gardens and wildflowers abound.

Rooms in the main inn are freshly decorated in a classic country style, warm and inviting. The carriage house offers rooms with private decks and sweeping views. Sip lemonade and rock on the front porch, or watch the kaleidoscope of colors as the sun sets over the hills and water behind the inn.
